If it is necessary for you to ship materials to the South Point for and event that you will be holding here, please do NOT address shipments to the HOTEL Sales and/or Catering Representative. If you must ship materials for the Event, all package/box deliveries to the HOTEL must be addressed as follows:

Your shipments should be scheduled to arrive no more than one week prior to the Event. All packages and boxes received for individuals, attendees, or vendors are subject to shipping/handling charges. These are the charges that will apply:
0 to 15 lbs………………$ 5.00 per piece
16 to 30 lbs……………..$10.00 per piece
31 to 50 lbs……………..$15.00 per piece
51 to 100 lbs……………$20.00 per piece
101 lbs +………………..$25.00 per piece
The HOTEL will be happy to assist a guest by delivering and retrieving shipments to/from the appropriate meeting/function area.
- Your event’s on-site coordinator will be responsible for scheduling the delivery of materials to the appropriate function/meeting room with the HOTEL prior to the event.
- Your event’s on-site coordinator will be responsible for preparing boxes for return shipment with proper packaging and mailing labels. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- At the conclusion of the event your event’s on-site coordinator will be responsible for arranging with the HOTEL for the pick-up of boxes for shipping.
The HOTEL Shipping/Receiving dock is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday. Retrieval of large shipments after 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sunday may not be possible. Therefore, the your event’s on-site coordinator will retrieve incoming shipments during the HOTEL Shipping/Receiving dock normal workday hours.
