Owner and Chef Extraordinaire Terence Fong, along with Corporate Chef Brandon Konishi, Executive Chef Yoji Shimonishi and Operations Director/Mixologist Daniel Toves have collaborated on Zenshin to make it the consummate destination dining pleasure and experience.
Zenshin Asian Restaurant has an enhanced menu featuring Contemporary Asian Cuisine.
From the Zenshin sushi bar, we serve the freshest sashimi, nigiri and sushi rolls featuring our famous 777, Double Down Salmon and Jackpot Rolls.
In addition to sushi, you can enjoy our most delectable appetizers, soups, bowls, noodles and entrees such as Garlic Chicken, Oxtail Soup, Miso Ramen, BBQ Grilled Beef Short Ribs, Miso Marinated Black Cod, and our Omaha Bone in Rib Eye.
